Flow Based Leadership with Judy Glick-Smith

Hi Everyone. Here is the video recording of meeting #13 with Judy Glick-Smith discussing her book Flow Based Leadership which was named the Number One Public Safety Leadership Book of 2016 by Fire Chief Magazine. We will discuss what is flow state, how do you get into the flow and why is it so important to Firefighters. There will be plenty of examples that she will give from Firefighters around the country and talk about her research that she conducted at the Georgia Smoke Divers program.
